Verziere sanctum was born through personal and professional experiences where we discovered that creating a safe place where you are allowed to simply be yourself, and open up to the connection of getting back in tune with who you really are brings lasting transformation. We have sought to create a haven where our clients and students can discover the tools they need to live an inspired life, one beyond past damage and challenges, one where they could step into the light autonomously- with a sense of clarity and strength.
We have sought to create a teaching program based on students gaining from experience, exchanges, feedback and personal development, where they form a solid base from which they can build a stable practice and indepth understanding of how to work with, inspire and support their clients.
Our programs are unique and completely tailored to fit each participant, whether student or client , to be able to follow their rhythm and yet consider how the work here will also continue when they are out again in the 'real' world so that what we build together brings lasting change.
We are selective in our student groups, as we consider it important to understand how to support each of our students in both their personal development and in their learning new techniques to fit in with their own unique backgrounds and characteristics to become a practicing therapist.
We are also selective because we consider this work a deep responsibility, which requires building a safe place with our clients and where there is a sacred trust to explore grow and heal. Our style in working with our clients is to connect before, during and after, so that a therapy experience provides another support on their path, one that they can also refer to when undergoing other experiences, where their session and their learning becomes a tool they can use.
We have basic foundation programs, as well as programs with advanced skills and techniques, year round mentoring and training that also include post in person training zoom review and zoom guest lectures as well as individual meetings for support and an emphasis on personal development exchanges.
Optional supervised weekends with exchanges for personal development and working with volunteers for feedback and experience blend with reviewing and clarifying the materials and support building your life as a therapist, week long seminars, advanced trainings and workshop projects bring more possibilities to learn. And we also train Sanctuary therapists so that they might open a healing centre themselves, mentored with support if needed.
We also have supervision certification week where more personal development is included via exchanges and working with volunteers brings stability in practicing and insight during debriefing reviews. A newer development is that during supervision certification week where students are creating their own unique inductions, we have learned that it can be a great focus for certifying students to develop their own protocol based on their own insights and experiences that can serve in the base and foundation of their evolving practices where having a specialization can support them being their own unique selves as therapists.
One of our principles is that there is always more to learn: so our own therapists and teaching staff always continue to work with their own personal development and studies to learn more skills.
Our Programs are residential.
And remember: Even therapists need therapy
We welcome therapists who understand that they need a retreat or respite in order to integrate all they are experiencing with additional support to enhance their process. We often create specific programs for them accordingly to their need to recharge and integrate , sometimes even learn and practice new skills and techniques both for their own development and to add to their practices.
We also welcome back students who chose to return and repeat courses
